And That's My Take... (What Price Is White For Europe?)

AND THAT’S MY TAKE… (WHAT PRICE IS WHITE FOR EUROPE?)

If Arizona thinks it has an illegal immigration problem, they might want to take a peek at the European Union (EU) and the attempted extortion of 5 billion Euros annually by Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. During a speech in Rome, Gaddafi claims he needs the money to shore up border security against the flood of Africans seeking refuge in European countries and to prevent them from “turning Europe black”.

As one who is no stranger to controversy, Gaddafi also used his two day visit to Italy to urge Europeans to convert to the Muslim faith. Call it a fundraising pilgrimage. Libya is well known as a gateway for illegal migration into Europe, and exploiting his own architecture to extract a continuous ransom must be seen as brilliant from Gaddafi’s perspective. Threatening the stability of an entire neighboring continent is not new to Libya, but to do so without bombs and bullets is not only novel, but probably more effective.

Playing to colonial airs of superiority resulted in a degree of support from European politicians, some going so far as openly entertaining the notion but questioning the price tag.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is rowing a different boat then that of Colonel Gaddafi of Libya. Both stand on the vanguard of the explosive political and social issue of illegal immigration that has no simple solutions, but some key differences do exist.

Arizona and other states facing similar challenges are a destination for aliens, whereas Libya is, for the most part, merely a conduit to a destination. Being the final stop in the journey means that each illegal immigrant costs Arizona taxpayers at every turn, creating a disproportionate ballooning of service provision (and corresponding expense) against its true census. Libya is like an open faucet, taking in illegal immigrants from one end of a pipe and spilling them out the other end without providing anything in between.

Libya is controlled by a dictator who may act on a whim, arbitrarily enacting and enforcing policy and legislation as he so chooses. Arizona cannot act with such disregard. Yet.

Some borders are better controlled than others. Ever attempt to enter or exit a country run by a dictatorship? Not as simple as the free for all that separates Mexico from the United States. Gaddafi knows with the stroke of a pen that he can hermitically seal his borders. So does the EU. Governor Brewer, on the other hand, is at the mercy of a federal agency that clearly has done its job with all the ineptness of a fox guarding the hen house.

Perhaps chief among the differences between Libya and Arizona is that while one is hoping to cash in on illegal immigration, the other is looking to cash out of what has become an alien lottery.

But, getting back to the European Union, it is conceivable that certain countries within the continent are having second thoughts about the immigration policies and experiments undertaken in the past decade. Some member countries are paralyzed with fear of a violent backlash, unwilling to make difficult decisions after flooding their citizenry with identifiable minority groups who now act as a magnet for their brethren.

It is funny how history repeats itself. When the European colonists of yore sought to enrich themselves at the expense of other sovereign nations and indigenous peoples, no thought was given to the disruption of the invaded cultures or their identity, nor were any of the conquered peoples afforded any of the rights enjoyed by well armed military and settlers that plundered with impunity. Karma is such a bitch.

And that’s my take.

  1. Interesting post. I had not considered this strategy of Libya. Thanks for that. Consider also our own country even last month with the arrival of the boatload of Tamils/Sri Lankans. I happened to be at the hospital visiting my Mother when they began to be herded in to the hospital for their initial "home" and medical examinations. What a sorry lot of humans that one could understand their need for help at that time. So far, none have been released due to tough screening procedures.

There is now a local joke. What do you do to get immediate attention from the BC Medical system?
Arrive at the hospital in a rusty boat.

It looked to be an extremely expensive operation and is. Yet this is nothing compared to what we see in Europe already.

What I see in Europe is the same as what I see in the US and here as well. In order to destabilize the inhabitants and also continue the erasure of whiteness, the introduction of hordes of people seeking better lives but, in doing so, creating much more division in the local populaces.

  2. In the last four months Jan Brewer has been caught lying, three times and counting.

The comments made on June 16, 2010, and June 27, 2010, clearly indicates that the Brewer says that immigrants are beheading people in the United States desert. She first ran away from the question and the press when confronted with the question. She finally when to FOX/ FAKE News to recant her lie.

When Brewer was confronted with the fact the two of her top Advisors (Paul Senseman, Chuck Coughlin) are lobbyist for “Private Prisons” giant CCA she first ran away from the question and the press.

In an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that her father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. Do you see a trend here?

Brewer signed into law SB 1070 Bill (Did she even read it?), lied about the crime rates in AZ (even Janet Napolitano knows that all crimes rates went down), and now we find out that she is in the pockets of PRIVATE PRISONS who stand to benefit with the increase Federal jailing, and thus they will pay her back, I wonder if it has to do anything about the fact that her son was transferred to a brand new prison, he was convicted for rape and sexual assault, I guess the fruit does not fall far the tree.
